Back to Wednesdays!

Hello Group,

We pray that all of you are doing well. After much consideration Phillip and I have decided to go back to meeting on Wednesday nights. After talking to many of you, we realized that Thursday nights just doesn't work out for a lot of people. Since next week is the first week of school for many teachers we are going to wait until September to get started.

I apologize if this causes any confusion or inconvenience. We want as many of you to come as possible. So, here's the deal:

1. Our next meeting will be Wednesday, September 12th at 7:00pm at our place

2. If there is a First Wednesday service in September we will plan to meet there and I will send you an e-mail.

3. The book info is in the last e-mail (see below). Starting in September will give us more time to read and reflect on the chapters. A quick note about the "homework" - don't worry if you can't always read ahead of time. We will go over the main points in our meetings and you can answer the questions as we discuss them.

4. Please let us know if you will or will not be attending the meeting so we can plan accordingly.

We greatly appreciate your patience.

Our study will mainly consist of reading and discussing the book "The Five Love Languages" by Gary Chapman. We went ahead and picked up a few extra copies for anyone who may need one. The price is $13.99. Please let us know if you need a copy. We can deliver it to you.

At our next meeting we will be discussing Chapters 1&2. Please read these two chapters (about 15 pages long). We will discuss the questions that go with these chapters. Attached is the study guide with the questions. You can print it out and bring it with you next Thursday.

Phillip and I will always provide drinks. We have volunteers to bring something sweet next week. If you would like to volunteer to bring something salty please let me know.

We are very excited to get started. Can't wait to see you.

Sincerely,
Phillip & Imee

P.S. If you have any prayer requests please e-mail them to us.
